That sounds like something is running the OS 3.1 Installer program
instead of the OS 3.5 Installer program. Make sure that you turn off
any tools that you have which are similar to the ToolAlias function of
MCP. Then search your hard drive and find every instance of Installer
on the drive. C:, SYS: and SYS:Utilities are good places to look.
Delete all copies of the 3.1 Installer or at the least copy the 3.5
Installer on top of it.
